How do I access the Digital Product Passport?
The Digital Product Passport can only be accessed via mobile. First, you need to scan your product’s unique QR code. After scanning, you can register your product to your so-called locker room. Your locker room can then be accessed via this link: Digital Product Passport.

How does the Lost & Found service work?
Once you register your product, the unique product code gets linked to your name and contact details. If it’s ever lost, anyone who finds it can scan the QR code to access your info and help return it to you.
What product information can I access through the Mystic Digital Product Passport?
Once registered, you’ll access your locker room, where you’ll find all the details about your products, including when you registered them, product specs, care instructions, manuals, and repair guides.

Can I transfer my Mystic Digital Product Passport to a new owner if I sell my gear?
Yes, in your locker room, find the product you want to transfer and select ‘Actions.’ Confirm the new owner’s email address, and they’ll receive an email to accept the transfer. Once they confirm, the product will be assigned to their account.
How can I accept the transfer of ownership of a product?
When someone transfers a product to you, you’ll receive an email with a link to accept the transfer. Just click the button in the email and follow the steps to finalize it.
Is my locker room the same for North and Mystic?
Yes, all your registered products under North and Mystic will be conveniently displayed in the same locker room.
