How do I return my order?1. Register your return through our return portal: Link to portal
2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving.
3. Products need to be unused, in good condition, and in their original packaging.
4. Products must have the original tags, and bikini bottoms must have the hygienic sticker intact.

2. Select the item(s) and the reason for return.
3. Choose your drop-off point.
4. Pay the remaining return costs through the portal.
5. You will receive an email with a barcode, which you can scan at the drop-off point. The return label will then be printed and attached to your package.
6. Keep the Track & Trace until the order amount has been refunded.
7. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been received and processed.
8. The refunded amount will be credited to your account within two weeks.
Once your return has been received it will be inspected by our fulfillment center. When approved your refund will be processed and a credit to the original method of payment or store credit will be applied within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it can take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be transferred to your account. Please keep the receipt of return until your package has been successfully returned to us. This helps ensure you have proof of return in case any issues arise.
Do I have to pay for return costs?
We cover part of the return costs, while the remaining amount is paid by the customer through our return portal. The exact contribution depends on the country from which the return is shipped. The precise costs are calculated in the return portal based on your address

When will I receive my refund?
Our return process can take up toβ― 21 working days. You will receive a confirmation mail once we have processed your return successfully. The return is first sent to a collection point and then back to our warehouse. As soon as the item is returned to our warehouse, your refund will be transferred to the account you paid the order with.
If you used a third-party payment method, your refund will be processed and returned by the payment provider you used.β―
Can I exchange an item for a different color or size?
Unfortunately, it is β―not possible to exchange items. Of course, you can re-order an item. Simply select a new size or color of the product you want to order. Go to your shopping cart and complete the new order and payment process for the item. Your returned item will be refunded automatically as soon as it is received by our warehouse.
To which location do I have to return the package?
- Orders within Europe need to be returned to Katwijk, The Netherlands.
